Culinary Arts

The Jo Brighton kitchen is an excellent place for students to learn direct training in food service; including food preparation, serving to customers and clean up. This classroom space is also ServSafe certified. Instruction in safe knife, stove and oven handling is also a large part of the program. Students also experience an immersive restaurant experience serving members of the community and staff. The Jo Brighton kitchen prepares and serves almost 400 breakfast and lunches to Madison and Jo Brighton students daily.
