Bakery

The Jo Brighton bakery is a commercial bakery that is ServSafe certified through the Health Department. Areas of instruction include kitchen safety skills, following a recipe with support, scooping dough and packaging cookies and customer service basics. Students also learn to work as a team and take initiative and find great satisfaction in making an excellent product that everyone enjoys!
